Effort Where Effort Might Not Be Due

One thing I have noticed is that I will spend an exorbitant amount of time studying or learning a topic that is not specificly in line with my goals. For example: I can spend all day every day learning new things regarding Linux and programming - but when it comes time for me to sit down and study chemistry again there seems to be some kind of a mental block.

I know its part of my ADHD, and something I will have to tackle on my ADHD journey. But at least I am aware these days.

I think I am going to start doing things slower. Not like a snail, but mentally slower. Maybe even walk slower....I walk really, really fast.
