I have been trying to get more physical activity into my lifestyle since I last wrote, and it has been showing an almost immediate impact.
Going Outside
I have been taking walks every day, and this is probably one of the best things for me - especially walks in the morning. I just feel like a much more energetic person after having taken a walk.
Evening Workouts
I have been riding the stationary bicyle we have in our garage in the evenings, while playing my Switch, and it has been good too. Not only do I get tired and fall asleep easier but I also get some quick video game time in.
