Recently I have felt the need to get a reset of my headspace, and emotional reconfiguring if you will. I felt like I was in a rut with the way I was going, feeling like each day was the same as the past. Same habits, same activities, same feelings.
So I rearranged my bedroom today, and it has already felt like a big difference. I moved my bed so that my head is near the window that opens, which is something that I have not done in a few years now that I think about it. During college, and for a few years after, I almost always had my head in this location because I love the fresh, cold air while laying under my blankets.
It feels good to be back.
